・Confirmation of reservation and advance payment
↳ In order to keep the schedule short, I will confirm your reservation and secure your schedule once I receive your reservation deposit.
The reservation deposit is 10,000 yen regardless of the plan. The reservation deposit is included in the shooting fee, so please pay the remaining balance from one month before the shooting date to before or after the shooting date.

・Cancellation due to client’s circumstances
↳ In the case of cancellation due to the client’s convenience, the reservation deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee. I will limit the schedule as soon as your reservation is confirmed. I appreciate your understanding.
・Cancellation due to weather or disaster
↳ In order to eliminate concerns due to weather or disasters, it is possible to set up a backup day for shooting as an option either before or after the shooting date. When making a reservation, we will set up a backup date to suit your convenience.
In the unlikely event that a photoshoot is canceled due to weather or disaster, a cancellation fee of 10,000 yen plus travel expenses will be charged as a cancellation fee. In case of postponement, please see below.
・About postponing the shooting date
↳ If it is difficult to shoot on the scheduled shooting date due to the client’s circumstances, weather or disaster, it is possible to postpone the shooting date up to 3 months from the shooting date.
Your re-booking will be confirmed after you transfer the advance payment of 10,000 yen. In this case, the reservation deposit is included in the shooting fee, so the remaining amount (first reservation deposit + reservation deposit for schedule changes = 20,000 yen minus the remaining amount) will be paid on the re-shooting date. Please pay from one month in advance to before or after the photo shoot.
